Our Team

Ryan is a Colorado native and second generation small business owner.

Ryan has been an insurance broker since 2013. He is very passionate about education in the insurance industry for personal and commercial needs. His goal is for everyone he comes in contact with to be more knowledgeable about insurance, coverages, and the why behind it.

When he isn't at the office, you can find Ryan together with his wife Jackie and their daughter playing in the Colorado outdoors. Ryan and his family have a range of activities they enjoy, including; snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, and camping.

His focus at Fort Collins Insurance is to continually take care of his team, customers, and add value to his community.

Jackie is a Colorado native who was raised in Windsor, CO. She went to the University of Northern Colorado to receive her degree in Business in Communications. Jackie has an extensive background in leadership, community involvement, and small business education she received in corporate positions before transitioning to work full-time at Fort Collins Insurance.

Jackie is the Managing Director at Fort Collins Insurance and, more often than not, you will find her out serving the local community through volunteer work, or smiling in the office. She is also a licensed Insurance Broker who helps customers with their insurance needs. When Jackie is not in the office, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and daughter, with local family, or writing. Her favorite outdoor activity is to hike.

Her focus at Fort Collins Insurance aligns with Ryan's, and is to serve the community they insure.

Melissa is a Colorado Native and loves all that Colorado offers. She has been an Insurance Broker since 2014 with Fort Collins Insurance.

She loves to meet new customers and develop relationships, it's one of the favorite parts of her career. She really focuses on getting to know her customers personally so she can find out what kind of coverage is right for them, that is also affordable.

When Melissa isn't at the office, she is with her family. They enjoy camping, traveling, going to sporting events, and concerts. One of their favorite weekend things to do is go to their youngest son's baseball games.

Melissa is inspired by Fort Collins Insurance's vision and is excited to continue her career serving Colorado and Wyoming alongside her team.

Roy Bouchard is a Colorado Native and loves all the things he can do outdoors during each season. Roy has an extensive background in relationship management with 15+ years of experience. He has been with Fort Collins Insurance since 2022.

His favorite parts of his career are meeting new people and building relationships. He focuses on getting to know his customers to best serve them for their personal and commercial needs.

When Roy isn't at the office, he is out in the mountains enjoying some type of motorsport. He is passionate about rock crawling and snowmobiling.

Roy is inspired by Fort Collins Insurance's vision and is excited to continue his career serving Colorado and Wyoming alongside the team.

Chloe is a Colorado native who is originally from Littleton, Colorado. She moved up to Fort Collins six years ago to go to college at CSU where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English Education. She has been an Insurance Broker since 2024 with Fort Collins Insurance.

Due to Chloe's passion and background in education, her favorite part of her career at Fort Collins Insurance is being able to connect and educate people about insurance. She believes the best feeling in the world is knowing you helped someone make an informed decision that positively impacts their life.

When Chloe isn't helping people pick out the perfect insurance policy, she spends her time reading, playing video games, painting, and with loved ones. She has a blue heeler named Charlotte who loves to go on walks and make random people pet her.

Chloe is inspired by Fort Collin's Insurance vision and is excited to continue her career in serving Colorado and Wyoming alongside her team.

Pamela is from El Salvador. She absolutely loves the beach in El Salvador and spends a lot of time outside. She has been with Fort Collins Insurance since 2023.

She loves the opportunity to assist clients and build relationships with them by meeting their needs efficiently and effectively. Being able to support her clients brings her great satisfaction in her role with Fort Collins Insurance.

When Pamela isn't working she is at the beach, with family, and enjoying the outdoors with new puppy Toffee. She enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines, as well as traveling to new towns to explore their culture.

Meet HoneyDew, our part time greeter of the office. She's been with Fort Collins Insurance since 2022, and loves to meet customers at the door with a wiggle to say hello.
