Fort Collins Insurance has been a partner to the Northern Colorado community to help improve and give back to the community that supports us. We donate to charitable causes, sponsor events and actively participate in community activities in Northern Colorado. We also donate our time by being board members, and volunteers.

Realities for Children

Fort Collins Insurance, due to their support of Realities for Children, won the Make More Happen Award 2024 sponsored by Safeco and Liberty Mutual, which awarded RFC $10,000. Realities for Children is a non-profit organization that consists of providing the unmet needs of Northern Colorado children who have been abused, neglected, or are at-risk. They do this by providing emergency funding, youth activities, critical distributions and collaboration resources for their 35 local Partner Youth Agencies. Grace Upon Grace Project

Fort Collins Insurance, due to their exceptional volunteerism and support of Grace Upon Grace Project, won the Make More Happen Award 2022 sponsored by Safeco and Liberty Mutual, which awarded GUGP $10,000. GUGP is a non-profit organization with a dream to provide under-served families in the community with diapers, wipes, and period products that Fort Collins Insurance is proud to volunteer with and be a monthly business sponsor to. They emphasize they really want everyone to live and grow with grace and dignity while addressing the roots of social inequities. Colorado Snowmobile Association

Fort Collins Insurance is a proud supporter of the Colorado Snowmobile Association. Ryan is an avid snowmobiler that involves his family in the sport and supports the dedication the CSA has to advancing, promoting, and preserving the sport of snowmobiling in Colorado. Being a member of CSA it provides vital support to maintaining multi-use trails and ensuring public lands remain open for winterized motorsports.

Junior Achievement

Fort Collins Insurance is a proud volunteer with Junior Achievement- Rocky Mountain. This program prepares young people to thrive in the 21st century workplace and global economy by inspiring a passion in free enterprise and entrepreneurship and instilling an understanding of personal financial literacy. Jackie, the managing director has been a volunteer with JA since 2015.

Community Events

July 29, 2021 -School is Cool

Currently in its 30th year, School is cool is a community outreach effort managed and organized by CSU employees. It provides backpacks and school supplies to K-12 students in Fort Collins, Wellington, Timnath, Laporte, and to the outlying mountain schools. Since 1992 School is Cool has helped more than 50,000 children start the school year off right. We were able to donate to our community these backpacks and make a difference.

June 19, 2021 -Rockin' for Hope 5k

This was the 4th Annual 5k and silent auction and this year benefiting 3 Hopeful Hearts. 3 Hopeful Hearts is a local charity dedicated to providing parents and families support after the loss of a child. The Fort Collins Insurance team was able to run to support 3 Hopeful Hearts, as well as sponsor the event.

August 17, 2019 -Peach Festival

The Peach festival is proudly put on by the Rotary Club each year. Rotary Club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, and promote peace under the motto "Service Above Self". The 2019 Fort Collins Peach Festival seeks to provide a family friendly event to the Northern Colorado Community while promoting service, encouraging interaction and allowing local businesses to market while giving back to the community.
