UPDATE from initial review: Still 5 stars! I just wanted to make clear that our rates had changed for various factors including different vehicles and Fort Collins Insurance was no longer competitive with the carriers they represent. Melissa let me know and still helped me with my situation during the transition process. I whole heartedly recommend Fort Collins Insurance. I will continue to call on Melissa for quotes when renewal time is near and switch back without hesitation when the numbers make sense.Initial review:Having had some communication issues with a previous provider I decided to contact Fort Collins Insurance. Just a great experience start to finish. Melissa contacted me back very promptly via phone after my email request to set up an in person meeting and during that meeting was very helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me in making decisions regarding coverage levels for both my home and auto that fit my needs. Bonus was that they were able to find a quote which caused significant savings. One of the best overall experiences I've ever had with any business! Keep up the great work!

Fort Collins Insurance are the only company to use! Been in the towing and recovery business for 22 years and found Ryan and Roy and team 4 years ago after dealing with a couple agencies that I could not trust what they were selling me for insurance, just seemed like our premiums would go up and up with no explanation. Roy has been super motivated and will help explain what you need and what you don't need for coverage. Give Roy and Ryan a call at Fort Collins Insurance and see what they can and will do for you.
